Marc is a well reputed leader and highly respected expert in healthcare, tourism, hospitality and the real estate industry. He has been in CEO positions of large multi-national groups (Hapag-Lloyd, TUI, American Express, Accor) for 25 years and has a first-class track record of founding, building and developing companies in fast-growing dynamic market environments (Silver Care, Schoenes Leben Group, compassio) . He is a well-connected personality, strategic thinker, hands-on doer, people mover and renown speaker who has substantial in-depth knowledge and expertise in the travel and hospitality industry, healthcare and real estate. Marc is a highly multi-nationally experienced individual, has worked and lived all over the globe and has now settled down in the UAE (Dubai) to develop Residencia Group into a leading global player in senior lifestyle living and healthcare real estate.

- CEO Accor Hotel Group Germany – Leader of 360+ Hotels and 9.000 employees
- CEO Orpea Germany (Healthcare Senior Living) – expansion from 30 to 124 locations with 8.500 employees and from € 70 million to € 400 million turnover
- CEO Schönes Leben Group (Healthcare Senior Living) – founding and developing from 0 to 94 (+21 under construction) locations with 8.000 employed and more than € 400 million turnover
